✨LIVING ROOM✨ Inside, you’ll find a light-filled living room with a plush sofa, layered textures, and art that makes the space feel lived-in and soulful. Our 65” Smart TV is perfect for movie nights after a long day exploring LA, but honestly, we hope you’ll enjoy just curling up and relaxing here, too. ✨KITCHEN✨ The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home — from stainless appliances to cookware, dishes, even salt, sugar, and coffee. We love sharing meals at the big dining table, whether it’s a simple coffee in the morning or a late-night spread after wandering through the Arts District so there’s two dining tables for your usage. The one indoors and another one in the outside shared common space. 🛏 BEDROOMS 🛏 • Our primary bedroom has a queen bed, soft linens, and its own 55” Smart TV. • The second bedroom also has a queen bed and another 55” Smart TV — perfect for friends or couples traveling together. • The third bedroom has a trundle with two twin beds, a fun spot for kids or extra guests. • We also have an air mattress if you need extra sleeping space. 🛁 Both bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash — the basics you need so you can travel light. We Provide: • 3 Smart TVs (65” in living room, 55” in both queen bedrooms) • Linens, bedding, and towels • Shampoo, conditioner, body wash • High-speed WiFi, dedicated workspace desk • Split air conditioning & heating • Fully stocked kitchen + coffee maker • Washer & dryer California living means spending time outside and this home was designed with that in mind. 🌙 Gather around the firepit — our favorite place to hang out and chat late into the night. 🍷 Share meals outdoors at the dining table under the trees and lights. 🪴 Sink into the sofa in the shaded lounge and enjoy a quiet morning coffee or a glass of wine as the sun sets. PLEASE NOTE: The outdoor space is shared with the back ADU and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. We kindly ask that all guests clean up after themselves to keep the area beautiful and welcoming for everyone. If you’d like to use the fire pit, please note that you’ll need to bring your own propane tank. The fire pit is provided for your convenience, but guests are responsible for supplying and connecting their own propane. 🌿 ✨ This home isn’t just a rental — it’s a space we’ve put love into, and we’re excited to share it with you.
