You can park on the street or LEFT of the driveway only. Driveway parking is available for a maximum of 2 cars (left side). Street parking is readily available if you have more than 2 cars. NOTE: There is no garage opener as the garage has been converted into an ADU with a quiet long-term tenant in the back. They enter from the side gate, but do not share or use any of the main house amenities including the hot tub or bbq grill. Trash days every Wednesday. Hot tub services on Tuesdays. If you’d like to use the hot tub during your stay, please let us know beforehand so we can make proper arrangements. Our technician visits every Tuesday. Gardeners come once a week at 7am. Please be aware! 📕📗📘House Rules:📘📕📗 1. Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in: Begins at 4:00 p.m. Early check-in is permitted only if the property is cleaned and ready, with prior approval. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Late check outs require a 24-hour advance notice for approval. If approved, the late check out fee is $75 per hour. Please let us know in advance and we will try our best to accommodate you. 2. BBQ Grill Usage🍗: We’re excited for you to enjoy the BBQ grill during your stay. However, if you plan on grilling kindly bring your own propane tank as we don’t keep one on-site. We also ask that you clean the grill after your use to keep it in great shape for the next guests. One in front and one in back (e.g., a ring camera is positioned to monitor driveway.) 4. Noise 📢: Our home is equipped with a noise sensor. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please be considerate of our neighbors and avoid gathering outside during these hours. While interior noise is permissible at any time, it should not be audible outside. Noise complaints may result in eviction without refund. Please note that our property is not suitable for hosting parties. 5. No Shoes 🚫👟: To keep our space clean and comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that shoes be removed upon entering. Guests will be responsible for deep floor cleaning if shoe prints are found. 6. Pet Policy 🐶: We welcome small to medium-sized pets with a pet fee of $159 per pet. Kindly inform us ahead of time if you plan to bring a pet. Please be aware that additional charges may apply for any permanent stains or furniture damage found upon checkout. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding! 7. Hot Tub Heating Policy 🔥: We offer complimentary hot tub heating & usage, but guests will need to operate it themselves. To assist, we’ll provide a YouTube tutorial link in the check in instructions. Please note the hot tub temperature only increases by 1-2 degrees per hour, so we recommend turning it on as soon as you check-in and keeping the heat on throughout your stay if you plan to use it more than once. Thank you for your understanding! 8. Smoking 🚭: Our property is strictly non-smoking indoors, including tobacco, marijuana, cigars, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs. Smoking is only permitted in the backyard area. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash; littering on the ground is prohibited. A $300 fee will be charged for smoking violations, assessed after checkout.
