Security at the front gate requires this information and guests will need to present a matching ID to enter. • IDs must be submitted within 24 hours of booking or prior to arrival (whichever is sooner). • Failure to provide IDs may result in cancellation of the reservation without notice or refund. Occupancy Limits: •This property has a strict 24-hour occupancy limit. The amount of guests you select at time of booking is the total amount of guests allowed on the property at all times. It must be requested & paid for either at the time of booking or at least 24 hours before your arrival to avoid an activation fee. If booked less than 24 hours prior to arrival, an activation fee may apply to accommodate turning the system on after your arrival. Once activated it must stay on for the duration of your stay. For stays over 7 days, message to inquire special pool heating price.
