One controls the central air in the house and we also have split AC in the master bedroom and family room. ⭐️KITCHEN⭐️ Renovated kitchen is fully equipped with the following items: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, and more. ⭐️LIVING ROOM⭐️ We have a comfy sectional, a decorative fireplace, and 2 smart TVs perfect for watching your favorite sports team game and/or a great movie. (Note: fireplace is not operational, only decorative) ⭐️INCLUDED WITH YOUR HOME⭐️ All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with a Smart TV (log into your own Netflix account and keep watching your favorite shows!) and free WiFi. Kitchen equipped with appliances including a new refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, and more. ⭐️HOUSE SUPPLIES⭐️ The home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponges, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and toilet paper. For longer stays you'll need to acquire your own after the initial supply is finished. ⭐️WASHER/DRYER⭐️ We have a washer and dryer in unit for your use located in the garage. We’re happy to open this home to you and hope you enjoy it as much as our family friends have over the years.
Other Details to Note
1. Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in: Begins at 4:00 p.m. Early check-in is permitted only if the property is cleaned and ready, with prior approval. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Late check outs require a 24-hour advance notice for approval. If approved, the late check out fee is $75 per hour. Please let us know in advance and we will try our best to accommodate you. A $100 charge will be applied for any lost remote controls. Please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked before departing. 2. Security Cameras: 3 External cameras are installed solely for property protection & security reasons. (e.g., a front door camera is positioned to monitor the front doorway, backyard camera is positioned to monitor the backyard sliding door). They are not actively monitored but only referred to when an issue arises. 3. Noise: Our home is equipped with a noise sensor. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please be considerate of our neighbors and avoid gathering outside during these hours. While interior noise is permissible, it SHOULD NOT be audible from outside. NOISE COMPLAINTS WILL result in eviction without refund and additional FINES of $1000. Please note we absolutely DO NOT TOLERATE PARTIES. 4. No Shoes: To keep our space clean and comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that shoes be removed upon entering. Guests will be responsible for deep floor cleaning if shoe prints are found. 5. Pet Policy: Unfortunately we do not allow pets at this time due to the sensitive nature of our wooden floors. 6. Parking: Parking is available for a maximum of 3 cars. 1 car in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Street parking is readily available if you have more than 3 cars. 7. Smoking: Our property is strictly non-smoking indoors, including tobacco, marijuana, cigars, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs. Smoking is only permitted in the backyard area. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash; littering on the ground is prohibited. A $700 fee will be charged for smoking violations, assessed after checkout. 8. Trash: Please dispose of trash properly and separate trash accordingly. Black bin is for all trash, blue bin for recyclables, and green bin is for gardening plants / leaves only! Trash bags, rags, and cleaning supplies are available under the sink for your convenience. 9. Lost and Found: We cannot be held liable for any lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged belongings, including those left behind after your departure. 10. Damages or Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage or theft occurring during their stay, including damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishings, arcade machines, and equipment. We reserve the right to charge guests 120% of the necessary costs incurred to rectify any damage or loss. This may include property damage, missing items, smoking fees, cleaning fees, and guest compensation. By booking this property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these rules. Please note that any violations, such as hosting events or parties, smoking indoors, bringing pets without approval, or misrepresenting the number of guests, may result in additional charges upon checkout and or eviction without reimbursement.

Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, the upgraded kitchen, living spaces, and backyard with charcoal grill. The garage is used for storage of the landlord’s personal items, furniture and her unused car so it is not available for parking or guest’s use. You are however allowed to use the laundry machine units in the garage. There is also a locked storage closet downstairs that we use to keep extra supplies so this area will remain inaccessible during your stay.
