Inside, you’ll enjoy a comfortable full bed, a full kitchen with modern appliances — including a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need to prepare meals. A Keurig coffee maker is ready for your morning brew, and a full-length mirror makes getting ready easy. You’ll also have the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, so you can travel light and stay fresh. For those who need to check in with work or just want a quiet corner to focus, our guesthouse also features a small workspace desk and chair, making it easy to stay productive while you’re away. The bathroom is stocked with essentials to make your stay effortless: plush towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer are all provided for your comfort. On the exterior, the guesthouse opens out to your own private mini courtyard space, complete with a bistro table and two chairs — perfect for enjoying morning coffee, unwinding in the evening, or simply relaxing outdoors. With its private gate and entrance, you’ll have peace of mind and independence throughout your stay. For added flexibility, outside of the private gate, you’ll have access to a shared outdoor lounge area featuring shaded seating, a dining table, and a fire pit. This space is shared on a first-come, first-serve basis. We just kindly ask that it’s kept tidy so it stays welcoming. Guests will enjoy full access to the entire guesthouse, which includes the open studio space with a full bathroom and your own private mini courtyard within the guesthouse gate. 🚪 How to Enter: 1) Enter through the outside gated door on the street 2) Walk straight down the pathway, passing the shared outdoor lounge spaces 3) You’ll see several doors along the way, but these are not part of the rental — your guesthouse is located at the very end, marked 1/2 4) The guesthouse gate does not lock — simply press down on the handle and push inward to enter PLEASE NOTE: The street-facing storefront space and back shed is reserved for the landlord’s storage and is not part of the guest rental.
