Rest assured, we implement a thorough cleaning procedure after each checkout. ⭐️SENSITIVE PLUMBING⭐️ For your comfort and to prevent plumbing issues, please avoid flushing large amounts of toilet paper at once, as the pipes are sensitive. We have a sticker asking to not flush toilet paper but we mean don’t flush excessive. Regular smaller amounts are allowed. A trash can is also conveniently located next to the toilet for excess paper. Thank you for your understanding. ⭐️PET-FRIENDLY⭐️ Small to medium-sized pets are welcome with an additional cleaning fee of $149 per pet. ⭐️NO SMOKING INDOORS⭐️ Please refrain from smoking inside the property. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $300 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. ⭐️NO PARTIES OR EVENTS⭐️ We kindly request that you treat our space with care to maintain its pristine condition.
