Booking this cabin means agreeing to respect our house rules. Please note that any violation can result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund. **General Guidelines** - 🚗 Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles only. Please don’t block any part of the street. - 🔊 Quiet Hours: 9 PM - 8 AM. Please respect our peaceful neighborhood and be mindful of noise. - 🧼 Respect the Space: We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own, including removing muddy shoes at the door and cleaning up any messes. - 🚮 Trash Pickup: Trash is collected every Wednesday. Please ensure all trash bins are placed at the street for collection Tuesday evening. If black trash bin is full before the scheduled pickup day, guests are responsible for disposing excess trash at Garstin Trash Site. If cleaner needs to do it there will be an extra charge of $40. **Winter Guidelines** - 🌨️ Weather Prep: Weather changes quickly in the mountains; bring snow chains and check conditions. - ❄️ Snow Removal: We try to clear snow before your arrival, but you may need to shovel areas during your stay to access the hot tub and fire pit. Snow shovel and vehicle scraper are provided, located in the shed. **Spring/Summer Tips** - 🍃 Pollen: Seasonal pollen may cover outdoor furniture. We clean regularly but suggest allergy preparations. - 🧺 Laundry: The washer/dryer is for your use during your stay however our cleaning team does use it inbetween turnovers so if you see anything inside the dryer machine, feel free to move and use the clean items. **Pets** - 🐾 Pets: We welcome well-behaved, potty-trained small to medium sized pets (max of 2). A pet fee of $199 applies per pet. - 🛋️ Furniture Care: Please keep pets off furniture. Owners must clean up after their dogs. **Check-In/Check-Out** - ⏰ Check-In: 4 PM - Check-Out: 11 AM Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved. **Smoking** - 🚭 No Smoking Indoors: For safety, smoking is only permitted in the driveway or in the backyard, away from vegetation, with safe disposal of cigarette butts. Smoking violations will incur a fee or $500 assessed after checkout. **Security & Safety** - 🎥 Cameras: Two exterior cameras monitor the property. Any attempt to tamper with them will result in immediate cancellation & eviction without refund. - 🔥 Safety Equipment: Fire extinguishers and smoke/CO detectors are provided. - 🐻 Wildlife: Keep an eye out for local wildlife and never leave pets or children unattended outside. **For Families** - 👶 Child Safety: We welcome families but note that the property is not childproof. Adult guests are fully responsible for supervising children. **Housekeeping** - 🍽️ Dishes: Please place & rinse all dirty dishes in the sink. - 🗑️ Trash & Recycling: Place trash in the black bin, and recyclables in the blue bin. - 🛏️ Laundry Before Checkout: Place all used towels in the bathtub; bedding can stay on beds. **Additional Notes** - 🔒 Security: Before leaving, ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed. - 💧 Hot Tub: Please close the hot tub cover after use. - 🔥 Our indoor & backyard fireplace is purely aesthetic and does not turn on. - 📺 TVs: Sign out of any streaming services before checkout. **Accidents can happen!** Please report any damages before checkout so we can ensure a smooth transition for our next guests.
